This is a large scalemail pauldron. It hangs off one shoulder while wrapping under the opposite arm for support. It is composed of anodized aluminum scales, starting with uncolored scales with black trim at the top, then changing to fully black scales partway down. The doc was so nice. He said it sounds like it may have slipped out of the socket and some folks are flexible and double jointed (that’s me) so it can sometimes go back in without damaging anything… x-ray was clear. I took an mri later this evening, so, we’ll see what they find. Sounds like he may prescribe PT. He wanted to see the mri results first though. #healthUpdate #shoulder
