Ganz genau! -- Noch spannender wird es, wenn das Softwarehaus der #Finanzbuchhaltungssoftware (die Folgekosten eines Umstiegs können immens sein!) #Windows10 nicht mehr und #Linux gar nicht supporten!...

En una de las maniobras más insultantes de la obsolescencia programada, en Octubre de este año finaliza el soporte para Windows 10 (para la versión que usa casi todo el mundo).

Pretenden que te compres una computadora nueva y te instales Windows 11.

Si todavía no te sentís insultadx, te recomiendo que vayas empezando, porque te están tomando por boludx.

Si alguna vez hubo un buen momento para probar Linux, es este.

As #Windows10 nears its EOL, I think more and more about moving my family to #Linux. However, the major obstacle is dependence on #MSOffice. Unfortunately, compatibility IS a problem. I recently received a quite simple docx document, that merely have some sort of a textbox. I tried #LibreOffice, #OnlyOffice, and even MSOffice online, and they all messed up the layout (see pictures).

Of course the fault is on #Microsoft, but recognizing this doesn't help. What are your thoughts?
