この基準はアメリカが戦後補償を全員にやっているとキリがないというので設けたものだと蟻塚さんは言う。
6月23日の沖縄慰霊の日に日付がわからないようなお年寄りたちが夜眠れなくて叫ぶという。沖縄も福島も根本的問題が解決していないので、かさぶたを剥がされ続ける環境にあるという。
こういう現場に復興のお金が出ているというのは、
まさにあるべき使われ方だと感じた。
