I can't put my finger on why, but #Kinoite feels more intuitive to me than #Silverblue. I very much like both!

I have no IT background. Just like to tinker. Started running #fedora kde plasma on my laptop. Ran some VMs. Just installed #proxmox on a mini PC. Latest accomplishment: #tailscale. Just getting by with YouTube videos and searches, but having fun mixed with frustration. I don't interact much here. Still, I wanted to shout out my excitement into the "abyss".

So, I'm facing a weird issue with my #fedora workstation. The filesystem goes "read-only" at random times and I dont know why. I've do a reboot to fix it. Do you have any idea about this and how to fix it ?

Do you want to (ok, "have to") use #Azure VPN (with AD integration) under #Fedora 42? Here is how to install it including a new fix it needs on Fedora 42:

Props to the Cockpit team! I had no idea what I'm doing, trying to aggregate my 2 NIC, figured it's 'Add bond' I want, learned about 802.3ad and let it create that magical bond0 interface. Leap of faith worked out.
How has Fedora Linux in WSL been working for you? We're super excited that more people can now use Fedora in a way that works for them.

From what I've read about Fedora's eventual AI integration, it will be builtin to the core of the system. This makes me wonder if it will still be possible to create an AI-free fork of Fedora. Or to create a customized AI-free atomic version.

I was thinking about what Linux distribution to use for my servers (currently #Debian). My needs are:
I then realized that #Fedora ticks pretty much all the boxes for me, and the only reason I don't use it is because I'm biased towards it as a desktop-only distribution (which it obviously isn't).
I guess I'll try it out on one of the servers
