actually, Kun copyrighted his compositions and arrangements pretty prolifically in the 20s-30s, here are some from 1932.. might be interesting to order digitizations of them at some point from the Library of Congress. (focusing on his own compositions, since some of them are just arrangements of folk or classical works)

now that I'm back at home I'm trying to finish researching my blog post about old Jewish cimbalom players of NY (although I'm still not sure if Kun was Jewish) and came across this reference to his 1922 composition Scenic Distortions which sounds metal af... (from The Film Daily, January 20 1922)

no trace of it on google, I wonder if any of his descendants have his old musical scores...
