According to a high-frequency index by Goldman Sachs, Russia’s annual #GDP growth has plummeted from around 5% to 0%. Even the #Russian Central Bank, typically allergic to truth, cautiously admitted in early April that "several sectors have reported a decline in output due to a sharp drop in demand."
