Thunderbird Underbelly

I really liked the way this came out with the clouds starting to collect overhead and to have a Thunderbird air force jet fly directly between me and the clouds was real special to me.
The Thunderbirds put on a wonderful performance while I was at Travis Air Base. Rain had threatened but we were able to make it through the show without rain.

Thunderbird Underbelly This is an image of a USAF Thunderbird F16 precision flying machine. The Thunderbirds put on a show at Travers Air Force Base in California. This jet flew in from the left directly overhead from where I was standing. I caught him directly overhead as he passed. The F16 is painted in the Thunderbird theme. The jet is blue on white with red and blue trim. The nosecone of the jet is painted red. The belly of the jet is painted in a blue Phoenix and the wings and tail have red and blue trim. A storm was starting to move in and these dark clouds came in while they were flying adding to the image.
