The crab fleet of Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco. Behind the restaurants off of Jefferson Street is the pier where the crab fleet docks. The Crab Fleet This is an image of San Francisco's colorful crab fleet located down at fisherman's Wharf off behind Jefferson Street. This image was captured early one morning on a winters day. There was absolutely no wind and the water was as neer as a mirror finish as you can get reflecting the boats back into the water. The boats trim are painted just about every color in the rainbow, blue, orange, yellow, and red. Behind the boats are the wooden docks with other boats hidden from view.
