❇️A cemetery employee tried to enforce the rules as provided to her by blocking Trump’s team from bringing cameras to the graves of U.S. service members killed in recent years, according to a senior defense official and another person briefed on the incident.

🆘A larger male campaign aide insisted the camera was allowed and 💥pushed past the cemetery employee, leaving her shocked.

Trump campaign spokesman Steven Cheung responded to the first report of the altercation, from NPR on Tuesday,
🔥by accusing, #without #evidence, the employee of “suffering from a mental health episode.”

Defense officials said that
👏the employee was ✅trying to do her job and that the claim of a mental health episode was false.

On Wednesday Cheung said the employee “initiated physical contact that was unwarranted and unnecessary.”

Cheung also 💥said the campaign would release footage to support his claim 💥but has not.

I got an email reminder about the 2024 3rd quarter Hygiene & Property program being open during August. These emails are not consistent, and although I try and keep track of them sometimes I miss them. This one closes at the end of the month.

This is the program which non food items can be ordered. Looking at the previous catalog I see that Willie had me order things like: toothpaste, shampoo, soap, deodorant, sweatshirt, and sandals.

I wrote Willie and am waiting to hear back from him, to know what to order this time.

In a letter to the Federal Trade Commission( #FTC ) last week, Senators Ron #Wyden and Edward #Markey urged the FTC to 🔸investigate several car companies caught selling and sharing customer information without clear consent. 🔸
Alongside details previously gathered from reporting by The New York Times, the letter also showcases exactly how much this data is worth to the car companies selling this information.
Car companies collect a lot of data about driving behavior, ranging from how often you break to how rapidly you accelerate.
This data can then be sold off to a data broker or directly to an insurance company, where it’s used to calculate a driver’s riskiness, and adjust insurance rates accordingly. This surveillance is often defended by its promoters as a way to get discounts on insurance, but that rarely addresses the fact your insurance rates may actually go up.
If your car is connected to the internet or has an app, you may have inadvertently “#agreed” to this type of data sharing when setting it up #without #realizing it.
The Senators’ letter asserts that #Hyundai shares drivers’ data  without seeking their informed consent, and that #GM and #Honda used deceptive practices during signup.
The letter also reveals that while GM stopped sharing driving data after The New York Times’ investigation, it did not stop sharing #location data, which it’s been sharing for #years

I noticed three items were more expensive. And one item which was the same price but 2 ounces less (shrinkflation).

The ordering just opened and closes on May 16, but I have been told that they can run out of items so I didn't want to put it off. Not sure when exactly this gets delivered.

Willie has sent me catalogs in the past, with items marked, but this time I just copied what I have ordered in the past.

You can spend a total of $175, which I came close enough to that with taxes it just went over that amount.
