Lambert, an anthropomorphic wolpertinger, is quite cheery. They have warm brown fur, large paws, a fluffy collar of fur, large rabbit ears, and small vestigial wings on his back, finally wrapping up with a rabbit's muzzle but with fangs, and a curled pair of antlers atop their head. The bottom half is that of a seahorse, with varying pink scales, and purple fins and protrusions along the waist and spine.

Fionn, a merwolf, swims ahead while looking behind him with a jovial expression. He is mostly gray in color, with a lighter gray muzzle and underbelly, and blue eyes. His lower half is that of a sockeye salmon, bright pink in body with tan fins.

Seahorses range in size from 1.5 to 35 cm (0.6 to 13.8 in) They are named for their equine appearance, with bent necks and long snouted heads and a distinctive trunk and tail. Although they are bony fish, they do not have scales, but rather thin skin stretched over a series of bony plates, which are arranged in rings throughout their bodies. Each species has a distinct number of rings The armor of bony plates also protects them against predators and because of this outer skeleton, they no longer have ribs Seahorses swim upright, propelling themselves using the dorsal fin, another characteristic not shared by their close pipefish relatives, which swim horizontally. Razorfish are the only other fish that swim vertically. The pectoral fins, located on either side of the head behind their eyes, are used for steering. They lack the caudal fin typical of fishes. Their prehensile tail is composed of square-like rings that can be unlocked only in the most extreme conditions They are adept at camouflage, and can grow and reabsorb spiny appendages depending on their habitat

On March of this year, we picked a dance form and an animal dancing with that form for each other to draw in the #LiveYetVirtual session.

Sadly, I could not finish mine and then my computer's HDD died. This unfinished work had no backup, so it's gone for good.

Still, this unfinished part was found, and I am sharing it because I really loved it and learnt many things while doing this work.

Seahorses among the Coral Batik painting is an undersea fantasy of three delicate seahorses swimming around pink and orange staghorn coral in green and blue sea water. Strange psychedelic #seahorse... Firstly I wanted to create a picture of some real species but stylized, then thought about making it rather dragon-like. Finally did it middle-ground... I feel somehow bad it didn't turned out closer to either of extremes...
