Mix Mistress Alice💄"L’UNI (Union Nationale Inter-universitaire) naît en 1969 pour contrer la subversion émancipatrice de mai 68, en se définissant idéologiquement comme gaulliste d’ordre, une position conservatrice et anti-marxiste. Financée par Pompidou, soutenue par Charles Pasqua, et appuyée par le Service d’Action Civique (SAC, milice gaulliste responsable de plusieurs dizaines d’assassinats politiques), l’UNI compense ses débuts difficiles par des actions violentes dans les facs aux côtés des néonazis du GUD (Groupe Union Défense).Dans les années qui suivent, l’UNI se lie toujours plus avec l’Extrême-Droite (ED) en se rapprochant du Parti des Forces Nouvelles (néofasciste) ainsi que du Front National. Eric Libertad Depuis plusieurs semaines, il semblerait que la « Cellule Radicalisme » de la Ville de Bruxelles soit investie d’une nouvelle mission de la plus haute importance : estimer les opinions politiques de jeunes sur Instagram et les sanctionner quand ces dernier·ères critiquent la police ou les politiques. Nous avions déjà documenté ce zèle policier et cette censure de la liberté d’expression dans deux articles précédents, qui revenaient tout deux sur des personnes ayant reçu des Sanctions Administratives Communales (SAC), après avoir inscrit dans des stories Instagram « Fuck la police » Ces sanctions administratives, qui limitent manifestement la liberté d’expression, peuvent être dressées par un policier ou agent communal, sans l’intervention d’acteur juridique. Une SAC précédemment dressée. Ces dernières semaines, la Cellule Radicalisme de la Ville de Bruxelles n’a pas chômé : deux nouvelles personnes ont reçu une SAC, dont une personne pour avoir commenté « ACAB » sous un de nos articles au sujet même des amendes initiées par la Cellule Radicalisme. Plus grave encore, deux autres personnes ont été convoquées par la police au commissariat pour avoir critiqué une intervention policière violente sous des publications Instagram. En l’occurrence, il s’agit de la répression policière, première manifestation d’une série d’autres en face de l’ambassade israélienne, fin mai dernier. Pour rappel, le 27 mai, en plein mouvement étudiant, plusieurs centaines de personnes s’étaient mobilisées à Uccle en face de l’ambassade israélienne et la police avait violemment réprimé la manifestation alors que la foule de manifestant·es étaient calmes et qu’aucun incident n’étaient à déplorer. C’était avec un regard narquois que le bourgmestre d’Uccle, Boris Dilliès (MR), avait ordonné aux forces de l’ordre de réprimer les étudiant·es et les familles réunies. À l’issue de l’intervention, complètement disproportionnée, plusieurs personnes ont été blessées, dont une étudiante gravement blessée à l’œil qui avait manqué de perdre la vue. En parallèle, Amnesty avait vivement condamné l’intervention policière et la décision du bourgmestre, en disant qu’elle était illégale, car elle violait tout simplement le droit de manifester. <a href="https://videos.files.wordpress.com/VeGVefH6/texte6-1.mp4" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://videos.files.wordpress.com/VeGVefH6/texte6-1.mp4</a> Dans ce cadre, sous une publication de l’Université Populaire de Bruxelles (occupation de l’ULB) en collaboration avec l’occupation de la VUB qui revenait sur la répression de la manifestation, plusieurs commentaires postés critiquaient l’action de la police et du Bourgmestre. Des critiques manifestement pas au gout de l’Officier de Police Judiciaire (OPJ) de la Cellule Radicalisme qui semble s’être auto-attribué la compétence politique et judiciaire de pouvoir décider ce qu’on a le droit de dire ou pas en Belgique. Ainsi, deux personnes ont cette fois non pas reçu une amende mais été directement convoquées au commissariat pour être interrogées au sujet de leur commentaire ou stories sur Instagram. En parallèle, une autre personne a de nouveau reçu une SAC. Pour l’avocat d’une de ces personnes, l’intention policière est claire : il s’agit d’intimidation politique. Il n’y a pas d’autres volontés que de dire quelque part « on vous surveille et ce que vous faites ne nous plaît pas du tout » Aujourd’hui, il s’agit de SAC, de convocations qui, rappelons-le, sont des pures initiatives policières pour intimider mais si rien n’est fait en réaction à ces abus et dans un contexte politique toujours plus autoritaire et intrusif, que pourrait-il advenir de ce genre de pratiques ? Autre élément interpellant : tout donne à croire que ces SAC et convocations initiées par la cellule radicalisme de Bruxelles prennent lieu dans le cadre de l’enquête contre le mouvement étudiant à l’ULB, où il est probable que des moyens anti-terroristes soient utilisés. C’est le même OPJ qui est en charge de l’enquête contre le mouvement étudiant et à l’initiative de ces amendes. Cette enquête pénale, hallucinante, qui mobilise des moyens colossaux dignes du grand banditisme, a l’air d’être hors de contrôle et aux mains de policier·ères qui – manifestement – passent plus de temps à épier les idées politiques de jeunes, que d’enquêter sur des réels faits. En tout cas, tout donne à croire qu’il n’y a pas « d’ordre » de la hiérarchie policière ou du parquet derrière ces intimidations. Sur les PV que nos journalistes ont pu consulter, il était systématiquement indiqué que les SAC avaient été rédigées suite à une « intervention sur initiative » de l’OPJ, de la Cellule Radicalisme de Ville de Bruxelles. Dans toute enquête, les intentions policières peuvent différer de celles judiciaires. Même si la police et la justice entretiennent beaucoup de rapports proches et définitivement collaboratifs, la volonté de la police qui mène l’enquête et le parquet qui l’ordonne ne se retrouvent pas forcément. Au regard des abus manifestes de la Cellule Radicalisme au travers de ces SAC et convocations, on peut se demander quelles seront les finalités de cette enquête ? Des potentielles poursuites et un procès, côté judiciaire ? Ou un fichage généralisé du mouvement en solidarité à la Palestine et des jeunes de gauche radicale, pour l’institution policière ? The new site was created by a cooperation of DAV, SAC, OEAV and AVS.<a href="https://www.hut-reservation.org" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank">https://www.hut-reservation.org</a>Not sure if indeed reservations are possible for all huts, but did check some random huts and they were all in there. The site looks nice. It is also possible to merge multiple accounts from the old alpsonline into one (logon as to the one you would like to keep and than start the merge process).
