The rain let up for a while, and Kengo really wanted to go out. So, we made a quick trip to our favorite lake. It was windy and gloomy but nice to be out.

Rainy Saturday. It was good that Kengo had a spa appointment so we couldn't have had morning a walk anyway. He wasn't happy, though, he had to stay there very long. It'll rain tomorrow again but I hope we can find a window of opportunity.

It turned out to be a bright sunny warm day. The green in our yard is vivid, and our gardenia opened its first few blossoms. Its scent is better than any perfume on earth. One more day.
