Hey @apps @Gargron @blog and whoever else in the #fediverse who might know anything about this..
I have several accounts on various fediverse services. On my #mastodon account / #fedilab client I've made a list where I have added all my other users, including my #WriteFreely #writeas user to make the stuff I post easy to find.
My pixelfed and other stuff appears in the list, but none of my write.as stuff do. Any idea why, and what the issue might be? #fedihelp
If your instance supports Markdown, you don't have to enable Markdown support in #Fedilab settings.
Enabling that option will defeat the display of formatted text.
Instances supporting Markdown transform Markdown format when posting into HTML with basic tags supported by all apps.
If you want to post in Markdown, just enable extra features in settings. You will have an option to do it.
Markdown and LaTeX supports are for specific instances (otherwise only Fedilab will interpret it).
#Fedilab 3.32.3 has been published.

Für Mastodon benutze ich auf dem Smartphone Fedilab. Aber irgendwann beim hoch scrollen lädt es neue Inhalte nach und springt wild in der Gegend herum. Ich muss danach runter scrollen und meinen alten Punkt suchen, an dem ich im DoomScrolling unterbrochen wurde. Was kann ich machen, um dieses springen zu unterdrücken?

As an aside, #fedilab the #android app, seems to have it's own built in #translation which seems to be really accurate, but then @apps also used quite a few server tricks of it's own so I can't be sure.
I wish I could find a desktop app that was as good, in several respects actually. But I still prefer a large screen most of the time, and #senji uses your browser's translate, which is also fine most of the time.
Now that #Fedilab 3.32.1 is available for everyone, we received several reports:
- Crashes and lags related to a library that we recently updated.
It is used to animate emojis. We will rollback this update as there are no critical issues with it.
For people having crashes without lags, it can be related while playing Gif automatically in your timelines. Could you please disable this feature and give us your feedback before and after? (More in the media description)

We recommend this app over NTFY because you won't be rate limited.
It is of course not limited to Fedilab and you can use it with any other apps.
@apps I've linked my Friendica account to #Fedilab. I can't bookmark, share, or like posts that are just 3 hours old. I keep getting the error "Search result could not be found." Is this caused by an incorrect Friendica account setting, or is it a Fedilab error?

#Phanpy (hostato da @devol) è ormai la mia unica interfaccia per #Mastodon, sia da PC che da cellulare (installato come webapp). Esperienza per me di gran lunga superiore a quella del sito originale e di qualunque app abbia provato! (unica pecca, non compare tra le possibilità di condivisione di pagine web o media da cellulare, motivo per cui tengo almeno un'altra app installata in parallelo, ultimamente #Fedilab che mi permette di condividere anche su #Friendica)
