Jumbo eggs (between 75 and 80 grams) cost between 8,000 and 9,000 pesos (7-8 dollars) for 30 units (They last me approximately 4-5 days)
They raised prices three times in one month, due to the impact of influenza A.
They are the main animal protein that I eat.

Can now confirm that this marinade is absolutely fantastic for tofu.

I soaked some firm tofu slices for a few days in the marinade as I ate the boiled eggs and then I fried the tofu up today. 😋

You can use corn, agave, or maple syrup to make the recipe 100% vegan.

I will definitely make the eggs -- and the tofu -- again.

I may even make kimchee deviled eggs with marinated eggs (cooked fully, though) for a family meal sometime.

All I hear from Trump's party is: "If we cut this, we will lose some working class Trump voters".

Never anything like: "It's not right" or "If we do that, we will destroy the economy completely".

I suppose, at least they are now saying it plainly, rather than making excuses.

For weeks, #Trump has repeatedly boasted that his admin had managed to bring #EggPrices down. But new data on Thurs showed that egg #prices at the #grocery store continued to climb in March.

Egg prices rose 5.9% over the month, acc/to data released by the Bureau of Labor Statistics [#BLS]. They climbed at a slower rate, though, after rising 10.4% in February & 15.2% in January.

Compared with a year earlier, the price of #eggs is up 60.4%.
