I have a special love for Rhiscosomides meineri, this little millipede. I've been finding them a lot in my local area, and I was the first person to have a confirmed record of it on iNaturalist - I even got to submit the request to add the species to the database!

A lovely, yet unfortunate spotting. A giant millipede (family Harpagophoridae) spotted on the Sime Track in the Central Catchment Nature Reserve, Singapore, on 16 Dec 2023. It had suffered an injury. Eventually, it started moving, and I stayed with it, keeping other people moving on the path away from it, until it went into the forest.

Der Gerandete #Saftkugler (#Glomeris marginata) sieht zwar so ähnlich aus wie Rollasseln gehört aber zu den Doppelfüßern. Sie zeichnen sich insbesondere durch die größere Anzahl an Beinpaaren aus.
