New Chronicled Feature: Death of a Discarded Cigarette - Day 1

A parking-deck discarded cigarette has been slowly degrading, somehow untouched, in a parking space in a covered deck otherwise open to the weather. I'm going to chronicle its slow degradation, one image per day. I'm a few days behind in the project, so we'll start with Sunday, April 6, 2025. Enjoy.

I think this is really nice, the style of paint application seems to match what is painted I guess? Fuzzy blossoms and jagged, expressive green among maybe scrubby dry grasses and other stuff. Maybe because of the light in the sky I imagine this stuff as being wet with dew which will burn off later in the day. I could have this on my wall forever, it has a little zing of tragic impermanence or idk what
