LocalYesterday we had another Grim Dark Future Firefight 2v2 (Tyranids and Space Marines against Imps and Blood Angels). This time we played this push-forward scenario, and it was a lot of fun. The objective markers are worth more the farther they are from your deployment zone. The score was 10-11 for Imps and Blood Angels. Lone SpelunkerMore painting as escapism.This time, I painted an ogre. Had some fun with it, experimenting with layering colors and practicing getting paint where I want.On this mini, I think the thing I am most pleased with are the stitches on the leather – I got them almost perfect!The actual mini isn't as bright as this photo makes it look. I need to do a better job of getting a lighter slapchop grayscale base and thinning my paints more. Lone SpelunkerRight now my escape from the madness is “Five Leagues from the Borderlands”, a solo skirmish wargame with RPG elements.I’m learning how to paint miniatures for the game and…well, it’s coming along. fantasyguideIm Tabletopbereich gibt es auch eine Art SUB, böse Pile of Shame, liebevoll Stapel der Möglichkeiten genannt. Von dem schnappte ich mir jetzt einen Karton, um 20 Bergwerker der Zwerge von Games Workshop aus 2006 zu bauen. Keine Ahnung, warum ich die Box damals kaufte, bestimmt reine Sammelgier. Die Gussrahmen sind voller Bits, neben der Einheit gibt es auch Grubenponys und Loren, Schubkarren und sogar einen Wimpel mit eingesperrtem Goblin auf der Spitze. Das Bemalen wird sich wohl etwas hinziehen ...
