Bill Gallagher Photography<p>Sunflowers At Sundown</p><p>The sunflowers grow fast here in California and they are ready to harvest mid summer.<br />I captured this image outside of the city of Davis. This field has become a magnet for sunflower gawkers. There is a frontage road along the freeway and for weeks on end cars are parked on the shoulder up and down the road. Bill Gallagher Photography<p>Sunflowers At Sundown</p><p>Driving down highway 80 from the Bay Area towards Sacramento you drive though some smaller cities with greenbelts serving as a buffer.
