14mission
The last of my #Seattle pix worth sharing.
I had one shot left to use up on the way out of town. Everyone was in a hurry to get to the airport, and I had one block walk between the #SoundTransit express bus stop and the light-rail/subway station to find something, so I took a picture of a hotdog stand with cool buildings in the background. Field Replaceable Unit
Relating to my previous rant about Sound Transit's broken trip planner, here's a PSA for anyone from out of town, trying to get around Seattle: DON'T USE SOUND TRANSIT'S TRIP PLANNER. Rachael L
Sigh, public engagement portals are often so bad. I was pointed at this one for #SoundTransit (about a segment in #Seattle) -- https://www.crossingsafetyst.org/. The first page has a "Let's Go" button which I click. It loads this page. I couldn't figure out how to continue to where I give comment. Turns out there is a tiny right arrow at the bottom that I could click but I didn't notice it because it just seemed like visual noise. I had to turn on VoiceOver to "find" it. At least that worked?

Daigoro Toyama
"Weekends don’t necessarily come with less ridership demand. Weekend ridership on the 1 Line has been outpacing weekday ridership in many cases over the past few months, as Link becomes an essential way to access entertainment and sporting events. I pretty much only take the Light Rail on weekends, and that's when all the service disruptions occur.
