This one's a baddie DORIAN!
A bad bad man, Dorian is a powerful mage and villain from a wealthy and influential (and evil) magic family.
They prefer to work alone and specialise in collecting "favours". Unfortunately they got stuck with a bonehead himbo with a wild streak as their henchman (one of a shared oc pair)

Muriska. My final Genshin oc! And its Quinglong!
They go by Æ, and are a mix of concepts. A traveller that came to teyvat way before the twins (but from the same place) , and a dragon that spent a lot of time with Morax and the other dragons. They were sealed by Morax to prevent them from joining the whole war situation.
(This one is closer to a self insert than Nyx because I based their general appearance on me)
