Question regarding #MerMay
Is there a prompt list and will you follow that list?
I searched for it but got mixed results and I got the feeling that the most relevant informations are on meta.

#ScribesAndMakers 4/15. How's your creativity this month? Anything you would like help with?
In terms of writing, I'm in the editing stage. It's a bit slow but that's because of interruptions by my narrators for me to check audio files.
I have some pressure to get the editing finished because I have to get my #merMay wallpaper images packaged up for sale before May.
#ScribesAndMakers 4/2. What do you want to work on this month?
* Finish editing my current book (get cover, publish).
* Fix my promotion website.
* More images for #merMay
* Next book maybe.
#ScribesAndMakers 3/31. How did it go? Were you able to work on the things you wanted to?
It went reasonably well.
I finished that book finally, completing the five book series.
My narrators finished two audiobooks and they're out.
I prepped a lot of images for #merMay
Unfortunately my website for sending out promotions crashed due to neglect. The server memory filled up after two years and it wouldn't restart even after freeing up memory.
More work needed to get it functioning.
But no, not too bad.
#ScribesAndMakers 3/29. What is your proudest or best moment with your creative endeavour this month?
I've put together a bunch of nice images for #merMay and set-up a ko-fi account to sell wallpapers.
And I finished the last book in my series "Dragons of the Wounded Land". Finally. Only a year late (but I did have a life-threatening medical condition suddenly pop-up so I guess that's excusable)
Image contains nudity, though it's really not obvious.
#ScribesAndMakers 3/17. What's your favourite book about writing, or your other craft?
If I'm ever asked to recommend a book on writing I say "Writing a Great Movie" by Jeff Kitchen, it's not just about movies.
(I never recommend anything involving the Hero's Journey because it's racist, misogynistic shit and isn't the basis of all stories.)
There's no definitive book on 3D rendering (although I have a technical background on the subject) or DazStudio specifically, but there are a lot of YouTube videos of varying degrees of usefulness.
But 3D rendering is photography, or even film-making, where you have to organise the models, set and costumes, as well as take the picture.
The most important thing for me is the Rule of Three.
I'm currently working on a portfolio for #merMay the picture below is a snippet of one.
#ScribesAndMakers 3/15. How's your goal going? Is there anything you would like help with?
Since my audiobook narrators have been inundating me with chapters to check I have yet to finish my current book.
EDIT: But I'm making lots of progress building a portfolio of 3D renders for #merMay
Thinking ahead - I must do some new renders for #mermay and though I like it, this one is five years old and I have so much more experience now...

This art was drawn in Mermay. Levi always pulls shenanigans on the Merfox so its only fair they do some of their own, while their napping or "napping".
Enjoy!
