I bought my California state park annual pass yesterday, since I didn't want to pay $10 every time I went to Half Moon Bay State beach.

And now I'm posting my first #MeerMittwoch photo, taken today!

Waves coming into the beach in Half Moon Bay, California. It's a gray day and the waves aren't very big. There's a lone bird flying over the ocean. In the distance you can just barely see the "golf ball" radome protecting the radar installation at Pillar Point Harbor. It's a peaceful picture.
