Hole was primarily the work of guitarist-songwriters Courtney Love and Eric Erlandson. “Violet” (tinyurl.com/3je4j979) / No Strobe: (tinyurl.com/ytpztd28) is from their 1994 album “Live Through This” (tinyurl.com/3ufx2j9z) which was released in the wake of Love’s husband’s death by suicide and a mere 2 months before bassist Kristen Pfaff’s fatal drug overdose. The band finally broke up in 2016 BUT are trying to reunite (?)
