Bestellt am 05.04., wurde das Paket am 07.04. eingeliefert und liegt seit dem 09.04. in einem DHL-Hub namens Zaltbommel.Die DHL-Sendungsverfolgung zeigt seitdem keinerlei Änderung mehr an. Die FAQ sagt, wenn es sich verzögert, solle man besser mit dem Absender Verbindung aufnehmen – schönes Beispiel von Verantwortungsverschiebung durch DHL. Ich vermute aber, TooGoodToGo könnte da jetzt auch nicht wirklich was machen, weil sie das Paket ja nicht mehr haben.TooGoodToGo wiederum hat nun wohl gar keine Kontaktmöglichkeit mehr. Es gibt zwar einen Kontakt-Link in den Mails, aber der wird von deren Webserver verkürzt und führt mich nur auf die Seite mit dem Hinweis, wo man die App runterladen kann. In der App selbst gibt es gar nichts mehr in der Richtung.So igeln die Unternehmen sich der Kundschaft gegenüber ein, und wenn was schiefläuft, hat man wohl einfach Pech gehabt.Nicht lustig.
