Another story where Jimmy gets weird powers. However, "The Elastic Lad of Metropolis!" by Otto Binder, Curt Swan and Ray Burnley, is not the best of the three stories in this issue, "The Jimmy Olsen Signal-Watch!" (Otto Binder, Curt Swan and Stan Kaye) is funnier.
