I'd love to see this image:
Tweed jacket w/elbow patches wearing Professor type man, who looks like he should be in a library with all the soft brown tones, that aesthetic.
That guy, standing in the middle of a cyberpunk dystopia setting. That harsh greens and/or violet lighting and intense blue/black shadows, probably raining etc.
He's just looking mildly bewildered.
alternatively: he's just looking like he's going about his business, and the environment he's in has no impact on who he is.
I'm not in the position at this moment to commission anyone with this, and I don't think I currently have the skill in any image making medium to pull this off.
(please don't take this prompt and use some AI generator with it, or at the very least don't link back to this with it. I don't want to see that shit.)

...Having a hi-tech company and a world class university also brings trouble: governments, tech ceo's, mad scientists, aliens, organized crime, and ... Supervillains. But Heathburge also has colorful defenders dedicate to helping those in need.
Now a colorful NEW figure has appeared out of nowhere, shaking up this small city along the Jacqueline River.

Here are the 31 cards that represent the city of Heathburge, CA.
A town made successful, originally from the Heath Textile Company. The owner Helena Heath was a (mostly) beloved figure who tried to do right by her employees.
Besides the university, the town is still known for textiles, but a high-tech version with Star Sail, inc.

And the last location for my challenge is simply the docks along a river (I have not named, I realized).
This location is really just functional, to round out my city for a future solo rpg session.
I guess this is another one I should have saved for #WonkyWednesday, but what’s done is done

A small town on the outskirts of the city of Heathburge for my SuperCity24 challenge.
It's farm country and they grow olives and flowers and of course have services for city folks coming out to spend a day in the country.

Since there is no full week, the last 3 cards fit into 'special' locations that are like mini, standalone areas to themselves.
These last three cards can flesh out details of my city of Heathburge.
This is the hydroelectric power plant.
A friend of mine wanted to tease me yesterday and give me an idea to think about without solution.
A chair. With armrests. But for a centaur.
Well, that fun prompt is what started my creative mood today. A long time since i sketched with my Big Ball pen and old colored pencils that are low quality. I start to remember why i loved doing this rough sketchart so much.
It is fun.

Here is area 4 of the city of Heathberg, Skyhills. An area that is named to sound like heaven, but only for those who can afford it.
Skyhill's secure, private spaces where the residence can avoid 80+% of the population. Walled homes, cool/fancy stores, and possibly a way to shield oneself in a cloak of respectability.

A SUPERHERO HQ that has set-up a gift shop and food stand for the fans who make the pilgrimage to this futuristic building. will my PC hero want to join this group if possible, has their marketing gone to their head. I will have to find out.
