As I've been trying to use Mastodon more and with the changes #YouTube has recently made regarding their lack of hate speech protections, I've decided to start uploading to #PeerTube -- #SpectraVideo specifically!
I'm starting with my art streams from January, which I left publicly available as a promotion for my #Patreon page.
Not sure how to share my own videos via PeerTube on Mastodon just yet, but I do weekly art streams and game play videos that I plan to start uploading regularly!

Are you talking about sharing after it's posted? Like as if there was a share button on the site?
@Scofisticated I guess I mean like an embedded video, similar to how YouTube videos will show when sharing a link to them on other sites.
@artgh0sts I think it is as simple as pasting the link. Just like youtube.
Go to your video on your PeerTube server's website, then copy-paste the video's address into the search box on Mastodon. This will make the video appear on Mastodon and you can just boost it from there.
You can also follow your PeerTube account by the same method, go to your profle on your server's website and copy-paste it into the search box in Mastodon.

By the way, when you share it like this, people will be able to reply to the video in Mastodon and their replies will turn into comments on PeerTube. Also their favourites in Mastodon will turn into thumbs up in PeerTube 
That's why this is such a good way to share it.
