Artists, what's the funniest blunder you've had mid-process?

Me: I once tried to erase some pencil shading on a page from a giant sketchbook I had, but I went a bit hard and my hand slipped, causing a piece of the paper to peel upwards despite not going all the way through. While I kinda managed to salvage it, I kid you not, I literally screamed, "NOOOOO!!!!" out loud. That's not even an exaggeration. Moral of the story: go easy with the eraser.
